About meI am a poet and serve as co-editor of San Pedro River Review. I served almost 28 years in the Air Force. I also taught college and was once a functional analyst. I hate white collar jobs so I quit the latter. Better to be a thresher, drayman, or horse knacker -- such occupations lend themselves better to poetry writing. My poetry has been published in several print and a few online journals, and other publications. I have a chapbook, 'Strangers within The Gate' (2005). I like the works of Cormac McCarthy, James Crumley, and Jim Harrison. My favorite poets are Richard Hugo, Yusef Komunyakaa, Walt McDonald, Charles Bukowski (yes, yes -- I know...), and many others -- the list would go on for several paragraphs.
About my libraryBuilding it incrementally. Well, rebuilding it. Because of limitations I may only include a few representative books from certain authors for whom I hold several books. Examples are Cormac McCarthy and poet Walt McDonald.
