About meI am a wife, mother of three, and student. I have read all my life and am luck to be married to a man that shares this passion. I am going back to school as a pre-med student so I am pretty busy.

About my libraryI have many interests and hobbies in addition to reading. So along with all my novels, mysteries, and thrillers I have a bunch of gardening, craft, and cookbooks here that are well-loved and well-used. My interests and passions have waxed and waned throughout the years but my books remain old friends. I am just starting to add my medical books.

Noticed you liked Out by Natsuo Kirino, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here, as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also gritty, a bit violent, and a bit dark :) I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the novel before you commit.

Hi Jaimie,

I am the author of Pemberley Remembered which you reviewed a few months back for Front Street Reviews. I wanted to thank you for your review, and I'm very glad that you enjoyed the book. I am now reviewing for Front Street Reviews, but I wouldn't have known about the site if you hadn't reviewed my book. Thanks. Mary Simonsen
Great, Jaimie!
I'm enjoying The Thirteenth Tale so far... that Vida Winter is one intriguing character isn't she?!
