About meI'm a librarian who would like to be a cataloguer some of the time. I've catalogued all the books that I have downstairs (i.e. my Chalet Schools and all the books I've bought since October when we moved house).
The rest of my books (several thousand at least - I've no idea and am looking forward to finding out!) are either in our attic waiting till my husband has finished decorating or in my parent's attic waiting for us to win the lottery so we can buy a bigger house.
I'm desperate to put more books on librarything but have nothing to catalogue right now. Maybe I'll go and buy some more books...
14/06/2006 - I have changed my username from what it was before for various reasons that I won't go into!
About my libraryJust to record, I've reached the top taggers list with 6634 tags on 15/05/2006.

I’m a belgian university student that loves chick-lit. Would you like to help me with my thesis and write to me why you (personally) like reading chick-lit? What is it about chick-lit that appeals to you? What are your favourite books and why? Your help would mean a lot to me!
Best wishes,

My reading plan is helping, but I must confess I fell off the wagon in a big way. I went to two library sales over the summer and bought about 100 books! That said, I have been sticking fairly well to the plan I mapped out, and I am making a dent in the pre-library-sale books, at least.

My biggest frustration is not having the time to just sit here and continuously catalogue all the books until I get to the last one (with food and loo breaks of course!).

I was playing with my tags a lot yesterday, trying to increase the number and get them back in order (power editing does some strange things to tag order, unfortunately).
I wish I could afford more of the GGBP books, but the time they reach NZ they are very expensive. I have several Anotnia Forest's from them (highly recommended) and the Claire Mallory's, and One Monica Edwards (also highly recommeneded) and one chalet school book - Tom Tackles - the rest I've collected the hard way!
All my books are squashed in my bedroom, apart from the uncatalogued textbooks and picture books in boxes somewhere in the garage.
