Noticed you liked The Virgin Suicides, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a dysfunctional family and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:

All due respect to someone who clearly knows his music, as well as acknowledging that all things are a matter of taste. However, do you really, honestly feel that Blood On The Tracks does not even live up to "satisfactory?".

Thanks,

Why Mr. Footman, you've put on some weight. And some hair too, sir.

I guess it's a wash then?

Best regards

HA! That is bloody wonderful! Great blog, and very well put.
Awesome blog, thanks.
Indeed I do know you! Hello, Mr Footman!

How are you? (Besides the obvious - which is that you're at the foot of a very tall, possibly depressing mountain of Book Database Cataloguing.)
